The Property Management Company is responsible for assisting the Board of
Directors in maintaining the common properties and carrying out the day to day
operations of the Association.
1. Supervise the maintenance of the buildings and common properties.
2. Supervise and discharge all vendors or personnel necessary to properly maintain
the common property.
3. Ensure that proper tax and insurance information is on file.
4. Process budgeted bills, invoices, and service contracts.
5. Collect and process assessments received by unit/and or homeowners. Handle
collections for delinquent accounts.
6. Maintain the official records of the Association.
7. Attend monthly board meetings and the annual meeting.
8. Assist the Board of Directors in preparing the annual budget.
9. Conduct on-site inspections and send violation notices as necessary.
